I recently acquired a pw342 culvert loader and I would like to know how to keep the culverts from vibrating off the ramp.
If I turn the voltage down the mechanism does not work, when I give it enough voltage for the mechanism to work the pipes vibrate off the bottom of the ramp.

Have you consulted the Service Manual for the 342? Olsen's Toy Trains posts many service manuals.
Make sure the trolley isnt binding. Use graphite to reduce friction. Freeing up friction will allow you to reduce voltage. Also, make sure your vibrator assembly is secured to the frame and not loose, transferring vibrations to the wrong place.
