Question on these 3 wheel trucks..

These came with the Dreyfyuss boiler.Awsome brass 3 wheel trucks with operating coil and leaf springs .The wheels have Pittsburgh and AAR cast into them,even have brakes!Wonder who made them.Almost no design compromises!
