Re-Map DCC Function Keys for MTH Engines

If you run MTH Engines in DCC, the StartUp/ShutDown sequence is mapped to function F3. However in some DCC systems, F3 is mapped to be the Short Horn Blast.

Here is how I remapped my DCC function StartUp/ShutDown (F3) and Short Horn Blast (F24) using the BlueRail app.
