Is there any commercially available AC-DC converter that would work well with the Blunami2200 and the Blunami4400? So I could run Blunami on AC power? A link to a recommended product would be great. Thank you

You have to use a bridge rectifier with a capacitor first to convert the AC to DC. Then you can use a buck converter to reduce the DC voltage down to around 18V DC. All your questions can be answered by watching the YouTube video below by Sid's Trains.

If you go to the DCC FORUM you will find a post and document written by Karldl that provides direction and components to complete a Blunami conversion. I used this info for my successful Williams Scale 44 Tonner conversion documented in the 3-Rail Forum.
There are a number of AC-DC buck converter modules on various sites, they're just a DC-DC one that adds the bridge and a large input capacitor.
No suitable integrated solution out there, unfortunately, as far as I know. The AC>DC converters that do exist don't have the necessary current ratings. My conversion guide can be found here: Blunami AC Track Power Interfacing - Updated 9/23 | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum (ogaugerr.com)
