A train friend asked me the above question. Specifically, he has wrinkled paper that Lionel trains were wrapped in, when they were inside the Lionel boxes with cardboard inserts in the 1950s.
My friend wants to remove the wrinkles in the paper without damaging the paper. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do this?

But, semi-seriously, folks - those PW wrinkles just blend with the PW-owner wrinkles, after all.
