Nice video.  Nice area of your layout, too.  Very cool streets.  Thanks for posting.

But let's talk realism, Spence.  I can accept that maybe, possibly, perhaps there is a slim change, that there is someone who would live in a $300,000 house but own a $3 million Bugatti Veyron and park it outside in the driveway where it gets rained on.  It could happen.  

But a whole neighborhood with not a single UPS truck stopped to deliver packages?  Not ever going to happen!

Spence, I love watching your videos. You have a good sized residential area and I like the fact that the structures are all lit as well as many of the vehicles. Nice job.

Nice video, Spence.  You have a really nice sized community for your UPS to serve.

But since Lee offered his constructive criticism I noticed that some of those houses have a lot of light leaking out at the foundations.  If it is a northern climate they won't be able to afford their heating bills.    Maybe you need to get a carpenter or an insulating contractor out to help these people?
