The fully restored Norfolk and Western 611 will be at the Pennsylvania Transportation Museum in Strasburg during the fall 2019 TCA meet at York. The dates for the 611 are Saturday, October 19 and Sunday, October 20.
This engine is beautiful and rides and excursions are usually offered in Virginia and North Carolina. The engine was completely restored at the Southern shops in Spencer, North Carolina through the Virginia Transportation Museum in Roanoke.

With all the train buffs in for York, I would imagine tickets would go quickly.
