Here is my first completed dabbling in S gauge.  I built these cars out of styrene, using Kadee 802 couplers and hi-rail wheelsets from American models.  These cars, since they are articulated, won't go around standard AF 20" radius track, but that's all I had, so I had to put a straight track in between each curve section.  The loco is an American Models GP-35.

 

More to come as I improve this train...

Nice job on the cars, how about some pics of the cars under construction, there are probably some here who might like to try making some. Is ti because of the spacing of the articulated segments that you are limited by the curve radius? I run original on Flyer track but these might be another project for me.
