I've always understood RH to be round head, PH is Phillips, FI or maybe just F is fillister head (I think), the ST is self tapping as Pat said, and I think the "Z" means it has a groove cut in the lower portion to allow escape of metal threads as the "self tapping" feature does it's thing.
Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, my memory is as old as I am!!!
My Kimball Midwest book calls out self tapping screws as Right Hand or Left Hand,…..however, Lionel may very well call it a Round Head Self Tapping,…..
***looking further through the Lionel service manual, I see screws that are flat head, self tapping identified as FHST, …so you guys are correct, RHST must be round head,…I’ve edited my first reply to reflect this….***
