When I connect to the OGR site from my office the server see's my IP and I can post right away. But, when I connect from my home I have to sign in before I can post.
I use Norton protection and I was wondering if there is an option I have to turn off so as to let friendly servers see me?

Your computer at home is not saving the login "cookie" from the forum. Norton is probably deleting all your cookies when you shut down your browser.
There should be a setting somewhere within Norton or in your browser to change this.
