Well, no - as I live on the Gulf Coast, and July, August and part of September are

usually pretty thick, we actually tend to do a lot of railroading in the nice, dry,

cool air-conditioned train rooms. It can truly be just the opposite of model RRing behavior

in the Snow Belt. Winter? Only occasionally a burden - and getting less so worldwide, of course.
