How about a forum strictly devoted to train modifications and customizing projects?
I am thinking here about such things as smoke unit mods, motor changeouts, B unit powering projects, sound and/or lighting upgrades, etc.
Lots of times such topics appear on the Hi-Rail forum and quickly disappear to the back pages because it is such a busy forum.

Well, I like the idea, so it has my 2nd as I have several projects I'd like to do and would love a place to talk about it with others that like this kind of thing.
The OGR board already has 25 forums, isn't that enough?
Compartmentalization only works when it is uncomplicated, clear, and well understood.
I don't know why things have to be on the first page or two.
When I get on the forum, I will go back until I see topics with a last update time that is older than my last visit.
Perhaps it could be incorporated into the Scenery/Structures Forum and rename it Projects Forum.
