I have a friend in NM who is rebuilding a Sunbeam turbo generator for a locomotive restoration and is looking for info on rebuilding such as specs, plans, diagrams, etc. Any idea where he might look to start?

I've got the ICS course on generators, and I'm pretty sure Sunbeam is discussed, along with Pyle National. There's probably a cutaway drawing I can scan as well as some text, but nothing specific as far as specs and blueprints, or explanations about repairs.
