Mike I think it's been 2 yrs that we've been pushing for a brewery and I'm starting to loose faith that it's going to happen.

Nick, have faith! Menards is a big company and it might take a little while! Stay Strong so they will hear our words! Don't be like others who have faded into darkness! LOL

Mike I've been on this forum for a little over 14 years so fading into the darkness isn't my style.  There's a bunch of us pushing for a brewery so I'll keep on pushing.

Mark can always model a Soda  plant and provide you with "Beer"  signage to be installed by the purchaser!

Not quite the same.  The building must be something worth of a fine brewery.  It needs to be a majestic brick & stone structure with the influence of German architecture.

Yulesteiner Brewery

No doubt nowhere close, so still no cigar!

Parking Garage Scene

A Sign of Prosperity: The Parking Garage from Menards (SKU# 279-4392)

The basics: This durably constructed, fully assembled and decorated building features a commercial business block on the first floor and four additional levels for parking vehicles. The first level features three businesses with interior decoration and illumination. The second level has visible, unmarked spaces, and the top three floors have marked spaces for 17 vehicles. The top floor has security lighting bracketing the ramp door. The building is 22 inches wide, 12 ½ inches deep, and is 17 inches tall.

For illumination the garage requires a Menards 4.5 volt power supply, Menards SKU 279-4061, 279-4062, or 279-4050.

Why you need this: As every town grows, it begins with street parking, then parking lots are introduced, and finally, a sign of true prosperity is the erection of a parking garage. Placed near the city’s core businesses or perhaps a commuter station, the Citi Centre Parking Garage has four levels for parking your O gauge vehicles.

Shoppers will also be delighted to discover the first floor stores, including Citi Wok, a Chinese restaurant; a barber shop, and an outlet of Wally’s Auto Parts. The entrance/exit for the garage are smartly situated on both corners of the ground level.

The structure has plenty of intriguing lines, with overhead business signage on the first floor and solid appearing balconies on the parking levels. There are round structural supports visible are all four floors. They have red and yellow safety striping to prevent any O gauge motorists from having an accident.

The rear of the building has overhang on three sides of the run-through. These angles make the garage much more interesting than a conventional box-shaped parking structure. Of note, the run through insert isn’t the typical “U” shaped insert, but has two simple doors to be inserted or removed as desired.

Detailing accents include pedestrians and shoppers positioned on the weathered sidewalk, as well as Jack the German Shepherd. This structure also includes two large billboards that feature interchangeable decals that allow you to use the decals from the Plug & Play Lighted Billboard SKU# 279-3693.

The Citi Centre Parking Garage is a distinctive structure that enhances your business district by offering business services your workers need, with a convenient place for them to park, shop, and access the other downtown structures offered by Menards.

Menards just posted a nice picture of the parking ramp. Very impressive. But now I am now wondering........ at the back of the parking ramp on the track going through the building is that a passenger car sticking out and if so is that a possibility of what the next new car may be. Maybe Mark or dad will chime in on this one or both know nothing LOL.......Paul

As an added point I took a second look at the picture and noticed there are a bunch of older vehicles on the decks. Could this be a prelude to getting our wish for older type vehicles...........Paul

Son # ………. I forgot.. LOL ..  MOST if not all come from the 2.99 kiosk at Menards . The panel truck shown can be bought on line. Hope this helps.. Bob
