Tested out a camera I got back from the shop in Weber Canyon UT today. Very excited about it

Chris, Filters? Lens? Nice shots just wondering what you used?
Rich
The color looks all wrong. I think I'd take it back.
It's an infrared converted digital camera

Can you tell us the name & model of this
Infrared converted digital camera • Maybe a link
Back in the day I used to use 35mm Infrared film.
Had to load the camera in total darkness.

Gary, company called LifePixel converts many different types of camera. See their website at Lifepixel.com The camera I used happens to be an old Nikon D2X i have laying around.
I still shoot a little bit of IR film , though Kodak IR is long gone. I have some Color IR in the fridge and some B/W IR made by efke and Ilford

Above my capabilities but great photos.
Nice photos Chris! I'm colorblind - they look fine.
Almost makes it look more like a toy train layout than the real deal.
I like the pictures a lot. Probably 35 years ago my next door neighbor, who worked on "top secret" satellite projects for Kodak, got to bring home a lot of IR film to shoot using various Kodak and Nikon SLRs and related accessories. I helped him take a lot of the test shots to burn through the film. It's been a while since I have seen any IR pictures. Thanks for sharing them.
Chris nice pick. Like the two bridges and the rock walls. Great shots.
Great scenery, great trains (intermodal, TOFC-still in use, auto carriers, awesome engines) and great photos. I have never seen IR photos before. They take a little getting used to viewing, but they certainly highlight a different set of details.
Thanks for sharing.
