When I go to purchase the $19.95 offer, there's no option for it...just $24.95 for the one year digital subscription. Am I not looking in the right spot?

Please help.  On Friday, 8/17, I signed up for a digital subscription and at the end I saw the confirmation page which said I would also receive a confirmation e-mail.  So far, no e-mail and no access to the library.  Did I do something wrong?

Tom...thanks for the question about PayPal and I see that Rich responded.  I too usually use PayPal for my online purchasing but in OGR's case, PayPal is not an option because our subscription management provider (Subscription Genius) does not offer PayPal as a payment option. 

Keep in mind that PayPal requires a backup credit card on file for those that have PayPal accounts and since OGR accepts credit cards, I hope you consider using that as an option to purchase a digital subscription.  OGR's online payment process is completely secure (look for the https at the top of the pages).
