Total Reset of CC culvert Loader 6-22965

I had it working and all of a sudden the loading mechanism would not travel as far as it should. I tried resetting the engine number but it continued to have the same problem. It loads the culvert and travels a short distance and drops it. It doesn't want to travel the whole distance to drop the load.
