Unsupported browser

The forum hasn't changed Upgrade to one of those browsers (I prefer FireFox or Chrome)

Or if you are using Internet Explorer 8/9 make sure it's not in compatibility mode (under tools menu, it sounds like it's on)

What browser are you using?

James, sounds like your computer is steam powered.

I get that banner as well when I connect via my computer at work. As Dave mentioned above we are running on steam. 

I have the same message, I use I.E. newest version. I have not noticed any operational problem in the Forum. Other then the annoying message I don't have a problem using the forum.

All jokes aside, I use Firefox primarily, and also Safari at times on my iMacs.

I have no such problems.

Given the security issues with Internet Explorer from time to time, I don't know why people even bother with it.

Sounds painful.  I'd check with a medical specialist if it lasts for more than four hours!

I would suggest that you upgrade to a modern browser: Firefox · Safari · Google Chrome. Firefox would be my choice.

And there was no change in the forum layout since yesterday. In fact, nothing changed at all.

Yes, it is fast, but there is a little problem with Google Chrome. Quietly in the background and unbeknownst to you, it tracks every web site you visit and sends that data back to Google.

No thanks...that's too much of an invasion of privacy to suit me.

I ran into this message a couple months back, but only on my laptop. I ended up getting Chrome, but they're wasting their time tracking me, because the only site I visit with it, is this forum.

I got the same message a while back. On IE, I clicked the "compatibilty view" icon, straightened it right out. I didn't need a new browser.
