Does anyone know if someone ever bought out Weaver's parts supplies? Looking for steam locomotive Weaver parts.

I believe Bob Lavezzi bought many of the Weaver parts.

Is there a way to contact him Bob Lavezzi ? I looked up members, but didn't see anything close.
Jeff, Depending on what the loco needs, I have had good success with Pat Norcross (Harmon Yards) upgrading my Weaver locomotives with new motors, transmissions and gearing along with some electronics. He has completed for me a New Haven I-5 and he has two more of them to finish there now, a Nickel Plate Berkshire and just recently a New Haven I-4 Pacific. The I-5 needed new side rods which he made up. If you are interested in any more info, please contact me on my email address in my profile info. If you can not find something, its possible Pat can make it. It is strictly my opinion but I believe Weaver made some really handsome locomotives but their motors and gearing were on the less expensive side. Bill
As for my Weaver Hiawatha 4-4-2s I am having problems with the fron truck staying on the rails at switches. Now I need the threaded stud that holds the truck to the frame,as the head is stripped!
