Still my new favorite locomotive, I just wish it smoked better.

Sean I can see it in this picture, you were bit by the bug and that thing has festered where you are now a full fleged victim of O GAUGE TRAINS. By the way, there is no cure and that's a good thing. Does sis still enjoy the hobby?
Bob, your layout is one of my favorites! When I shot this photo last year, I was reminded of your video

In German they are called "behaltertragwagen"...basically a container car..they do come with box one...
Sorry about the mine pix with no captions I'm just learning how to post I'll do better next time
No they are Grant line kits they are Koppel 4-wheel dump I ordered the wrong wheel size I got 0n2 instead of 0n30 I think the boxes are the same size I just had to make new axles to fit the HO track
Checking out the new Forum. I used to use my Photobucket Account to post photos. This is just a test!!

For Christmas 2011 I received my first two O Scale (non-traditonal size) freight cars. Both are from MTH. A Santa Fe composite drop bottom gondola and a steel Horlacher's reefer. Both are very nice. I purchased two more MTH cars last weekend, an NYC double-sheathed boxcar and a P&LE (NYC) Ps-2 covered hopper.

I recognize that as a Hammond M series. I had an M3 that was converted to portable by Keyboard Hammond Service in Los Angeles 40 years ago. What model is this one?
Hand built locos running at my club.
Strange bedfellows...
My TRAXX F140 arrived today and I took it for a spin on my friend's layout before heading home. In these shots the unit is "sneaking" through 063 curves (only do this if the leading car's coupler can swivel though). One thing that might raise eyebrows "across the pond" is the inclusion of a very American bell sound. But you'll only hear it if you hit the bell button
