California. Just south of San Francisco, in Redwood City. Great place to live. Lots of toy train stuff, real train stuff, but sadly no basements.

Somebody lives 65 miles from York and has never been there? Scandalous!

It's about a $1200 overhead for me to go there, with airfare, rental car, motel, and food. If it was only a two hour drive, I would be there twice a year.

Yeah some of us know!! Some of you guys on the Maryland side of DC are bringing down my property value in Fairfax, Virginia! Chessie and B & O fans really depress the market! So I've felt your presence!

Just a stones throw away from Washington DC.

Agreed John. Actually, Ohio and Pennsylvania should be their own regions for this poll's purpose.

Especially NE OH where I reside in a suburb of Parma .  I'm an hour from PA and 2 hours from Western NY and spend a good deal of time, business and pleasure, in those nearby other "regions."
