Brother, no presents even on my 50th! Lincoln had just been shot and people forgot about me! LOL

Wow, Mitch... can't wait to see when Fortesque learns of your cannibalistic proclivities
Yes, he may run to the flamingo side
Wow Elliot the cliff looks great. I have one of those knife saber blades. Never thought of using it for foam.
Personally I prefer a 92 vintage 😁🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷

An appetizer???
RSJB18 Bob, I thought one was enough. Once the comment was out there, I couldn't resist adding to it.
Brian, That trailer is even bigger than I first thought!! Yes, you could build a nice layout in it!!
Elliot, The layout is looking better and better all the time!
Terry, That scene looks great!!!
I had a couple hours today to do some more on my layout. I glued down the Homasote I had cut, and also fastened it down with screws. I also clued down cork roadbed, holding it down to dry with little tacks. The track is just lying on top to see if I goofed on the curves for the cork. I got it in the correct positions.

Another AF tinplate zephyr set running again. I had to completely eliminate the
manual reverse and wire around it. Thanks for the help, Mitch, cannot believe
after all these years I could not figure that one out. Good thing cuz I just won another
on the bay today. Couldn't resist, less than 40 bucks for 4 unit train, prewar banked
flyer track, trans, and a couple of accessories, and an extra motor. I still want to try and
remotor one of these to get rid of the steam type wheels. I am looking for Marx postwar E7
diesel motors, but just too expensive. I think it would look a lot better.

Beardog, I think it runs great, and as you said a day or two ago, who runs these in reverse anyway!!!
Congratulations on another one coming your way!!
BTW, Now we know what you look like! That is the kind of videos I can do!
Kidding aside, I'm glad you are making good progress! They are really neat trains!!
that was not me, it was 00pink, the flamingo spymaster
Excellent disguise!!
we have already infiltrated dueces layout, hehehe

at least he is on the flamingo side
He looks like a dog we once had! But he was the most laid back cockapoo you could imagine.
I borrowed the old ZW from the Ceiling Central RR and picked out the nearest engine available. Here it is,
this is my friends bichon who stays here once in awhile. In the beginning
he would bark at the trains then go to sleep under the table, now he just
barks nonstop, so no running trains when he is here, neighbors are too
close

P'raps a 666 steam loco motor? Those are common as dirt.
Mitch
I have about 4 666's mitch, that is the same motor as the streamliners, I want to
get some sort of diesel truck under them, not steam.
yay mark, it did not derail, smoke or explode, unlike my adventures into prewar

Yeah Bob, that blade cuts without tearing. It's beautiful!
I got into a 92 the other day for this project. All the liquid was just about gone, leaving the ochre pigment, which I added to some white primer, to get the bluff color.
God it is gorgeous in Carson City today, sunshine, almost 70. Top down on
the TC, hit a garage sale and bought some funky stuff including this flamigo
paint by number. And I can sit in the Maserati, in the sunshine and look
up and see all the snow in the sierras, just 2000 feet higher.

hmm, good idea, I always charge him before I give him back
God dogs are like grandchildren, you always wind them up before you
send them home
Part of what I do every day is search the bay three or four times a day
for new things for my layout.
Yesterday the bay made changes for changes sake to the search. Not good.
It was extremely difficult to search. I am
happy to report that they undid those changes and all is back to normal.
We do Easter at my house, so since this will be the first time my folks have been here since I put the layout up, I did a bit of cleaning. It was cramped in there, so I moved some stuff around, and tried to tidy up. I'm sure my oldest will want to show Pop the trains. I also wired up the passenger station, and started populating the layout. Now I need to figure out where the yard lights will go, and if I have enough open slots in the WAGO connectors to get them lit.
and where to display the flamingo
Happy Easter

Microbes. Though I work in the ag sector, so I spend a lot of time looking at how bacteria/fungi interface with plants, animals, and the environment.
Elliot, you captured the scene perfectly. Impressive. Mike, framer extraordinaire. Looking good. Mark, you have made good strides. Nice to see a train run. GANDYDANCER, you did a great job on your water tower. As for me I fell behind a bit. Window shade fell apart and I had to run to Lowe's to get a new one. But that worked out I ended up buying a new soldering gun to solder the wires. I also have to change out the one terminal block for a larger one because after drilling the tracks I found I had more leads then I thought. Tomorrow back to wiring. But was able to run an engine further along the track. A plus for the day.............Paul
are bacteria and fungi related in that respect?
