I'd like to stack a bunch of boards with terminal blocks on the edges of each of them. The boards are stacked with only 10mm of spacing in between them. With regular terminal blocks, the screw terminal is inaccessible once you stack the boards.

What's something that works like a terminal block except lets you adjust the tightness on the edge as well?

I was looking at Weidmuller but was wondering if there's a better solution out there?

are all of the stacked boards similar? Will each of the boards have a terminal strip that lines up with terminal strips on other boards?

I think you could use some from Wago. They typically require you to insert a screwdriver to "release" the spring contact.

If you want to stick with a screw based design, you could also use the pluggable type of connectors from many vendors. This would allow you to remove the plug and change the wires, but of course this also has the downside of disconnecting any wires on the connector.
