A friend called me the other day and asked if I could identify this trolley. Nope, never seen it before. It kind of reminds me of Saki, but with a pickup roller instead of a slider shoe. I was told that it runs on AC power. Sorry for the photo quality but this is what I received.

Body might be a Kidder, but don't think that either truck is original to it - they certainly don't match - drive looks like it might have been an improvisation effort.

Yes! You are correct! That's who made the body.
I'll sty with my comments regarding the truck side frames and drive.
I think the trailing truck may be King...my King Los Angeles trolley had sideframes similar to those. The Brill sideframes on the power truck resemble Pittman/Bowser, but the power truck does not look like any I'm familiar with.
The motor says "PAN" on it and that might be Japan.
Thank you for the information. It turns out there some David O King handcars in the same collection.
