You can but, you need to be careful not to overload the transformer.  As long as each accessory has its own on/off switch and you don't run too many at the same time, you should be okay.  Also, light bulbs count toward the total load.

A postwar ZW rated at 275w actually delivers about 200w at the output terminals.  At 18v, that is about 10 - 11 amps available.  A postwar motor will draw about 1 amp, maybe more for some accessories.  Every 6-8 light bulbs will be about 1 amp.  You can see where this is going; you can activate whatever you want, as long as it is less than 10.  Exceeding the transformer rating will cause the transformer to get hot and, eventually, fail.  Also don't skimp on the bus wire, use AWG 14 or 12 wire (residential house wire).
