If the instruction sheet has not changed, Look at Figure 2. There are 2 sets of contact switches you can use for signal lamps. Contacts 2-3-4 are one, and 5-6-7 are the other. So, What ever accessory power you are using for the Dwarf Signal, you will have one common wire go to the common terminal on the signal. The other wire from your accessory power connect to contact #4 on the Tortoise, Connect a wire from contact #2 on the Tortoise to the green lamp terminal on the dwarf, and connect contact #3 on the Tortoise to the red lamp terminal on the dwarf. Swap these 2 wires if you get the reverse of what you want. You can wire a second signal the same way using contacts 5-6-7 on the Tortoise.
