I just encountered something I've not seen before. When I startup an engine using the WIU and my iPad, and I move up the engine speed to a fixed level, but the speed decreases in 2 mph increments until it returns to zero. In fact, if I use the +/- buttons to increase the speed, it fluctuates up to about 18 mph and then goes back to zero again. It's literally not holding the speed that I set. This is happening to all my engines. I tried a features and then a factory reset on at least a few of these engines and the problem persisted. I then completely powered down everyhting on my layout, including my two Z4000 transfomers, the TIU (Rev L) and the WIU. Has anyone had this experience or know what may be causing it?
