I have recently had issues with lighting in/on three of the Woodland Scenics O scale structures. Woodland Scenics is replacing all broken/inoperative lights and repairing my water tank at no cost to me at all. Great service from Rickey !!

I agree. Had problems same with a building, no hassle shipping and return in a week, (looks like they just sent out a new one).
