As of a few years ago, and as far as I know, Freiwald's TrainController software did not directly support DCS or TMCC/Legacy. I don't know if they do now, so I sent them an email earlier today even though I suspect that the answer is still 'no'.
I just came across this video, and thought it was worth sharing - it depicts exactly what I am striving to do.
The layout in the video appears to be in India, and it is beautiful. Yes, it is HO, but the craftsmanship (trains, etc.) and the controls are excellent.
