Just to be clear...
If you already have the “DIGITAL SUBSCRIBER” tag on your name, you do not have to do anything.
Guys...just to let you know we have to enter these manually so you may not see the digital tag right away as we need time to enter the information. Also, once the new programming is done, new digital subscribers avatars will automatically indicate that they are a digital subscriber. No forms to fill out.
Thanks!
Thanks guys....keep em coming everyone!
Thank you. Keep up the good work!
I swear, you guys do good work! Simply the best.
Submitted mine thank you and love this community 🤘
Just added my status as a renewed digital subscriber on this new 1st day of the 9th month of 2020.
Thanks, Alan--I do appreciate it!
Still have lots of folks that have not filled in their info in order to get the digital subscriber tag. Please do so as soon as possible.
Thanks!
Thank you for all you do!
I tried the digital subscription for a year but dropped it in 2019. The reader app just did not work well. With other on-line reader apps I can swipe between pages easily. With the OGR app swiping was so delayed the experience was frustrating. There was a page advance bar on the bottom but it was not granular enough in it's operation to be useful. If you have improved the page swipe on the app please advise and I would be happy to try a digital subscription again.
The digital app we used in 2019 has been updated twice since that time. The system we use now with our subscription management system at SimpleCirc is much easier to use. The speed at which pages load is now entirely based on your local internet connection speed. It's not bogged down by a lot of "digital code overload" in a bloated app.
The digital issue is a PDF file, and we are not using an app, per se. The experience now is an easy online viewing of the PDF, or you have the option to download it to your computer or tablet for off line reading.
Something else that has changed since 2019 is that the OGR Digital Library now contains every issue of OGR, all the way back to Run 1 of June, 1969. You now have access to over 315 issues via the Digital Library, plus you have access to scores of OGR Videos hosted here on this forum.
CLICK THIS LINK to renew your old Digital subscription. I think you will enjoy the new reading experience.
Submitted! Thank You to all the staff.
