Does anyone know the status of Z-Stuff?  I placed an order about 3 weeks ago.  I have yet to receive the item and multiple emails and phone calls have not been responded to.  So, for now, take care.  The site took my order and processed my payment, but it doesn't seem like there is anyone home.

I will update here if I can get a reply and a status.

If I had a dime for every time this comes up.  My train purchases would be free.  Dennis of Zstuff, is the nicest guy out there.  Great product, great service.  Except for his online store.  I don't get it.  I really don't

Best bet if you used Paypal is to file a claim and get your money back then order from Ross Custom switches.  Will be a little cheaper anyway.

Come on, these are difficult times for all of us. Instant gratification from online ordering is not what it used to be in better times. Just because most of us are isolated from social distancing, we sometimes tend to think our wishes and concerns are the only ones that matter. Consider the big picture and what is going on all over. Quarantine means different things to different people with different situations. Many of our hobby's "cottage industries" were considered "non essential" by local governments and were forced to close until further notice.

Z Stuff makes some great products. Dennis Zander is one of the hobby's very best!  Having seen him at shows earlier this year, I know he had a busy schedule and was expanding his business before all of this happened. OK. The online store may not be the best, just give him a break.  As a very happy customer I am confident that he will respond when he can.

With all due respect Jeb, this has been an on going issue with Zstuff for many years.  The store has been a joke.  Do a search of the Many posts about this.  Nothing to do what we are going through now.

If he's closed down there should be a notice in big bold letters on the website stating so.

Good points Gary. Thanks for the clarification regarding the store.

Well... Dennis got me on the right track (pun intended).  Although I googled Z-Stuff, it took me to Zstuffexpress.  I thought this was just the on line branch name of the company.  It is not!  Dennis is getting me all straightened out.  I never did receive the order from the "distributor" (Zstuffexpress) so Visa did credit the purchase.  In the end, it should all work out.  Thanks to Mr. Zander for getting back to me.

I ordered a DZ1000 switch machine and controller on March 2nd and paid with PayPal.  I contacted them by phone 2 times and spoke with Dennis once and then later with Susan. I needed to replace a bad machine.

I just filed a complaint with PayPal wanting to get my money back.  I have sourced the machine with one of our sponsors.  Their products are great, but the service in lacking.
