1927 Blue Bird Rail Bus Conversion

I bought this model of the original Blue Bird School bus from 1927. I would like to power it as a rail bus.

Any ideas on a dive mechanism? If I can't power it, I would like to make it a static rail bus. I would need a source for 3/4" diameter, spoked wheels.
