A HO gauge T1 Duplex loco

That's an unusual model for sure. Are those 'skids' underneath pickup shoes perhaps?  Some Marklin HO runs on 3 rail track using shoes for center rail pickup.

I have a Broadway Ltd model that is beautiful and supposedly very accurate. They are easily found out there if you want a scale model for your display. 

Most likely Penn Line.  Penn Line had a brass frame, Bowser had a Zamak frame

Thanks, I missed to tell that it is a two rail model, the motor takes the curent on one side of the loco and on the other side of the tender. 

What I appreciate is that it is an old model, I just will display it beside a Weaver brass T1.

Its a Penn Line engine, which became part of Bowser later on, along with all the other PRR steamer kits.  These run great once in proper tune, are very heavy and have dual Pittman open frame motors.  One driving each set of drivers.  

Pennline introduced the T1 in 1948 coming with an aluminum tender body . Single or double motor option . Here is an early Penn line .... please see link for video
