This video popped up on my YouTube feed today and I was blown away by how realistic it was. Not only the scenery and structures on the layout but also the speed of the train (train speed of course was under control of the operator). I felt as though I was on the train itself as it was pulling into the station, complete with the reflection in the window like when I take my own onboard videos of 1:1 scale trains. The video was shot using a GoPro camera stationed in the passenger seat looking out the window. I'm so used to watching onboard videos head-on from the engineer's POV or from the rear of the train, but never from the passenger seat.
A video like this would be real cool to see in O Gauge/Scale.
It's by Rapido Trains out of Canada (FYI - I'm not an employee or supplier to Rapido, but I do have a few HO trainsets on pre-order)
