In the recent G scale MTH update video, They spent just over a minute talking about one gauge! 
That's a lot of attention to it I guess. 
Talk about a "step child"... 
I believe they said in the summer, if that helps. Look for the video on Utube.

At 12:12 he says six weeks!
Which might mean a few months? 2 or 3 shipped to us?
I've seen a post that says the first SD70ACe engines are here now.

I got mine for display purposes as I don't have any working G scale track. It is a beautiful scale, with a good amount of detail in the tooling. If you guys want any closeups of specific areas let me know. I was hoping we would get more heritage units, but now with MTH switching ownership soon, time will tell.

Kind of wish I had picked up UP 1943 or the BNSF pumpkin. Those should look very sharp. The horsehead is my favorite, but doesn't show off the detail in photos very well.
I waffled between a couple of the offerings. I thought the BNSF would be cool. I didn't see it produced yet?
I have a few of each road so....?

I would have liked to see the lighting effects in the video. Ground, step and porch lights?
Yeah, I wish they would have done the video like they did some of the previous. The video is good, but high res photos would have accomplished what they showed. There's also all of the DCS features that usually don't get showcased.
I did receive the George Bush SD70ACe but still waiting for the Union Pacific 2135-1 and the 2134-1.

You are definitely correct Joe but I been saving and I'm ready.
I sure wish they hadn't cancelled the two American flag passenger/ baggage cars that were for the Bush funeral train. I'll probable never see them unless somebody buys up the one gauge line.
