I attended the Atlantic Division TCA Meet in northeast Philadelphia this morning and was very pleased to see what a large crowd it attracted.  This meet is open to the public and there were a significant number of young adults between 18 and 40 years of age and numerous families with young children present.  I have attended this meet before and never saw it this crowded.  It was good to see.  This meet is primarily post-war with a decent amount of tinplate also available.  There was some modern era motive power and rolling stock available but in my opinion not a whole lot of which to mention.  I guess to really enjoy yourself you had to like post-war.    Nevertheless, the crowd was large,  the buying seemed to be going at a brisk pace and everyone seemed to be having a good time.  Prices for many excellent examples of post-war were very reasonable and the vendors were congenial and quite willing to negotiate.   This one will tide me over until the spring thaw meet in Allentown next month.
