When I try to read the digital August/September issue I am getting authentication failure even though I can sign in and out on the forum with the same password. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

We changed the program we are using to manage our subscriptions. You can log in to read the digital magazine with your email for the user name and your last name and zip code for the password.

I have tried logging in with my email and last name and zip and it does not work. Tried to change the password but still no luck.
When you registered here for the forum, you did not enter your last name. You used your first name in both the first and last name fields. That's why it is not working for you. Use your first name and zip code and that should work.
When you can log into your account, how about fixing the name for us?
