Artie, its looking good! Maybe if it's still there next time we go back I will pick it up, just to give it a try! I am fallowing your build as I love the work you do!

Here is my addition for today! I know its not much, but some have said they haven't seen one before!IMG_20211019_124448

And finally, an unmarked Menards entry - I got a fleet of these trucks when I purchased a few of their flatcars a few years ago. When compared to the REA van (which I am assuming is 1/43), it seems to be similarly sized.

Paul. That REA delivery truck really looks good I like it

Scored on a few diecast vehicles last weekend at the train show in Spokane. I really love the food truck, I think it'll fit in well on my Xmas village.  I needed a hearse for my Halloween village so the GMC panel truck turned out good with a paint job and a small piece of wire for the scroll on the side. I thought the convertible Cadillac was cool because it actually had the top up. And no Halloween village is complete without Christine.  IMG_20211018_170025599IMG_20211018_165943690

I just received an American Heritage Models REA, Wrigley's Spearmint, step van.  The underside is devoid of any markings except No 0143.  It looks a little big but that may be the difference between 1:43 and 1:48.  Pictures to follow once I get a chance.

Joe;

The LCCA vans were also done by American Heritage Models, so yours may be the same as the LCCA versions except for the decoration. I bought two - here is the unopened one.

My REA van measures:

Bumper to Bumper: 5.55”
Width: 1.94”
Height (from bottom of tire): 2.59”

I’m guessing yours will be similar in size.

That’s Sweet Mike. You’ll get there

Hey Mike, I just bought this Dinky Bus on the Bay for $12.40 with free shipping. I don’t exactly know the scale but usually the cars are 1/43. I’m guessing this will be 1/50. Doesn’t have windows, but I was planning on adding an interior and glass. Maybe this is something for you. They also have a blue and silver model.
