Well, it does look pretty close to O gauge, even though the builder is only running a battery-powered toy train on plastic handlaid track. The question is, would you trust this bridge with your articulated steamers? 
From the poster's YT profile, this takes place in Vietnam. According to other videos on his channel he's built a number of outdoor models of concrete arch and cable-stayed bridges.

this guy is either a structural engineer or has very closely watched concrete constructions.
the reinforcing bars and ties he is using may not be actual re-bar but on that scale they may have some mechanical connection to the concrete.
so yes I would trust the construction.
The tender appears to be connected backwards.
Is he selling kits?
