I think it is the "Cincinnati, Hamilton, and Dayton" RR. It became part of the B&O in ohio.
Yep, found that out... didn't think l'd find it but did, and worse, shoulda recognized it.. Wonder if there has been any book listing all (or most) of the what l am guessing is dozens if not hundreds of forgotten vanished railroads in this country? Steam separated from electric, and horse-drawn street and interurban . ...which might be thousands..
