EXACTLY!!!!! There are no "replies" allowed on the For Sale or Trade Forum, nor on the Wanted to Buy Forum. Maybe you missed the various notices and discussions?

You must email the person directly now. On the Wanted to Buy and the For Sale Forums.
Applies to both the For Sale and the Wanted to Buy forums.

GREAT IDEA!!!!
Should be easier to delete them when they're done, to!
This is the FIRST I have heard to not allow RFEPLYS on the "WANTED TO BUY" portion of the Forum. The "FOR SALE" portion I agree with , but not the "WANTED TO BUY" portion. When did the WEBMASTER post that? I asked the Question on the Tech Support Link, but got no answer. The end result was my POST was deleted> What's going on anyway? I asked a simple question, but got no answer. Instead they deleted my POST

IMHO we all need to use our email communication links more often to conduct a one-on-one dialog with a buyer or seller (i.e., Want to Buy, Want to Sell).
By the same token, if an email communication clarifies the OP's offer/request, I would hope that the OP would then modify his original posting for the benefit of all.
All of which.....again.....behooves us to keep our email addresses accessible and up-to-date if we want to communicate. And, as my wife tells me about every week, 'You need to check your emails regularly!!'....which is especially true if you've entered a buy/sell posting on this forum.
Just a thought/suggestion or two.

Fred,
While I don't know the reason, it will at least allow you to delete your post since a reply by someone eliminates the opportunity for you to do so.

You asked a question that had already been asked and answered in another thread. That's why it was deleted.
How did I know that? I don't read all the THREADS. All I was asking was a simple Question, because I did not know. Thanks for the reply, now I know.
Sincerely.

Maybe prudent use of the SEARCH feature would have helped you.

I am not that familiar with the Search feature. I will check it out .
Thanks for the suggestion!
