Looking to paint and decal my own CNJ cabooses. I know where to buy unpainted HO northeastern cabeese but I'm just not sure of the proper color for the late 40's early 50's CNJ red. Any tips would be appreciated.
Also, if you wish … "Tom," who owned Tom's Trains shop in Scotch Plains NJ, and has had Tru-Color make CNJ paints, and Microscale make CNJ decals for him, may have the answer for you. He also has the very early "ball" CNJ caboose decals in O scale.
