Anyone know of a good DCC installer? Eventually I'll get to installing myself but I lucked into an Overland Models Brass Genset that I'd not like to be my first.

I can't speak for good - I have been doing my own. However, I have 3 in my favorites list. The first two I have bought products and components from, and gotten very good service. The 3rd one I have seen ads for the magazine for years, so he must be doing something right.

Usually there are ads for a half dozen or so in the various modeling magazines.
If you have a LHS, you might try them and save the shipping costs. I know that one near me (Des Plaines Hobby) must be pretty good because they periodically have to put up a sign saying they are too far behind to take in new business temporarily.
