Other than the obvious 25 watts, what are the differences between the 275 watt ZW and the 250 watt ZW? Are there any other differences? I already have a 275 watt ZW and now have the chance to buy a 250 watt ZW. What is the going rate for a 250 watt ZW? I have the chance to get one for 100 bucks. I thought I remember there being problems with the 250 and it wasn't as good as the 275. Is there anything I should look out for? Thanks in advance.

Unless that ZW has been rebuilt, I'd probably pass. You can get a totally refurbished one for around $150, probably a better deal.

There are more differences among the several different 275 watt(input) ZW versions that folks quibble over in trying to get the "best" one, when in fact there is very little performance difference if any at all in all versions of the ZW from 1948-1966... the 250 and early 275 does run warmer.
