Ertl 9513 1930 Diamond T Tank Truck in 1:34 scale

This interesting diecast model is close to G scale and could be added to a "garden layout". Historically it is a model of a typical fuel tanker of 1930. The model has an overall length of 8 inches. The model is labelled for True Value.

Note: True Value Hardware did not exist in 1930 and would likely not operate a fuel tank truck. This is a very attractive model but not realistic. The plan is to disassemble the model and create a dump truck model using the chassis.

Here is the same model with the "tank" removed. The "True Value" paper decal on the door will also be removed.
