I have seen Eric Seigal use extended engine startup sounds with DCS in his product reviews, and would like to try it. However, I have reviewed the DCS COMPANION BOOK numerous times, and cannot locate. Can anyone gine me the remote sequence to do this?

On the remote you will see S1 thru S5.
S5 has an arrow pointing right.
Press that until you see "SSU". That is the Extended Startup sequence.
Also, press until you see SSD. That is the extended shut down sequence.

You can also rearrange the shortcuts on the menus so that the ones you want to use all the time are on the first page and you don't have to go looking for them.
