So I am also looking at adding some PRR shorty passenger cars to go with my Newly aquired G scale Heartland 4-4-0 American steam engine.
I went on da Bay and see both REA and Delton made some fancy decorated Shorty passenger cars. Which do you prefer?
( I have the Bachmann PRR Liberty LTD and I'm NOT impressed with those cars! Oh well live and learn)
The Delton short passenger cars, if memory serves me, seem to be of a smaller scale than REA cars. I had a few about five years ago, figuring to run them behind my LGB porters, but they looked out of proportion, meaning the details like windows and doors looked too small.
If you care to do some of your own detailing, Bachmann's L'il Big hauler cars are well proportioned but lack detail.
