Gargraves switch (Y) w/2500 operates fine in one direction but about 1 in 5 times it does not throw all the way to the opposite direction resulting in de-railing and annoyance. Can move switch rail manually and it will stay there but the switch motor itself leaves the switch rail about a dime's width apart. Suggestions

I don't know answer but we have the same issue at the club with the switches, hopefully someone can help us!!! Lenny J
Mine also do, Do the usual and make sure the electrical connections are good .
I've also found that the tie that moves the points can get a little dirt on it.
I hit it with a little silicone spray and it seems to work for me. Just a little to
much friction from the dirt I guess....

I have the same issue with just one of mine. I just keep pressing the out/thru until it seats properly. I have a replacement motor but have not gotten around to installing it.
Contact Dennis and he will take care of the issue.
Thanks. Who is Dennis?
