We have one of our Cab-2's at the club that displays a blue screen when we turn it on. We don't know how to fix it. Has anyone else had this problem?

It seems there is a silent warranty on the Legacy system. Call Lionel for an RA and they have repaired them at no cost. Haven’t heard of one being refused. Certainly worth a try.
1. Do you have fresh or fully charged batteries ?
2. Repeat pressing of CTC and ENG buttons ?
3. Tried shutting down and re-starting the system ?

I’d suggest the display contrast in the CTC settings could’ve just been turned up so high you can’t read anything.
I think Zachariah has the answer, you can turn up the contrast until it's all blue. If you hold the remote at an angle to the light, you should be able to see the shadowy text.
- Turn the remote on.
- Hit the CTC button to enter configuration
- Hit Scroll 7 times to the contrast setting
- Hit 5, the text is readable again.
