Help with sponsor links

Help please!!

For the last 2 months or so I have not been able to see any of the sponsor links at the top of each page... The box that usually contains all the sponsor adds is just a bunch of lines and I have tried everything I know to fix it with no luck.

HELP PLEASE!!
